At Casa Figuera, we believe that true craftsmanship embraces individuality rather than perfect uniformity.

Many of our products are handmade in small batches using natural fibres, botanical dyes and carefully selected materials. As a result, slight variations in colour, texture, weave, shape and finish are part of the character of each piece and should not be considered defects.

Where botanical dyes are used, colours may gently evolve over time through exposure to sunlight, washing and everyday use. These subtle changes are a natural characteristic of plant-based dyes and contribute to the unique story of each textile.

We make every effort to display our products and colours as accurately as possible. However, colours may vary slightly depending on lighting conditions and individual screen settings.

All product descriptions, photographs, dimensions and pricing are provided in good faith. We reserve the right to correct errors, update information or discontinue products without prior notice where reasonably necessary.

As many items are produced in limited quantities or by hand, availability cannot always be guaranteed.

 

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices shown on our website are displayed in Euro (€) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to update prices at any time. Any price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Payment is required in full at the time your order is placed. We accept the payment methods displayed during checkout through our secure payment providers.

By submitting your order, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method and that all payment information provided is accurate and complete.

In the unlikely event that a pricing error or technical issue occurs, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order before dispatch. Should this happen, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund if payment has already been received.

As many of our collections are produced in limited quantities, availability cannot always be guaranteed. If an item becomes unavailable after your purchase, we will contact you as soon as possible to offer an alternative, a revised delivery timeframe or a full refund.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where fraud is suspected, payment cannot be authorised or exceptional circumstances prevent us from fulfilling the order.

If you notice an error in your order, please contact us as soon as possible. While we cannot guarantee changes after an order has been placed, we will always do our best to assist before your order has been dispatched.

6. Shipping

We carefully prepare every order with the same attention and care that goes into creating our products.

Orders are generally processed within the timeframe indicated on our website. During busy periods, seasonal launches or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. Should significant delays occur, we will keep you informed.

Delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and cannot be guaranteed. Once an order has left our studio, delivery is the responsibility of the chosen carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. We cannot accept responsibility for delays, additional shipping costs or lost parcels resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or local charges that may apply in their destination country.

Ownership and responsibility for products pass to you upon delivery to the address provided at checkout.

Should your parcel arrive damaged or appear to have been lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will gladly work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.

By booking a workshop or event, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the Workshop & Event Terms & Conditions, which form part of your booking agreement.
