A tender place to return home again, and again to ourselves, the body, and the breath.

Sensorial awakening and embodied awareness through yoga, meditation and sound to ground and center in the here and now of the experience.

About Alena

With over 500 hours of international training and 5 years of teaching experience, I support and guide people to cultivate a sense of deeper connection, presence, clarity, curiosity and aliveness within the body-mind landscape. I am passionate about practices to build resilience, as well as to support the body's capacity for healing through rest.

Drawing from my own personal background working in a fast-paced corporate environment at Zalando, I understand how stress can impact our health and overall quality of life. When we are imbalanced, we tend to lose focus and motivation, whereas being in balance helps us maintain clarity of mind and promotes creativity. To help you explore your authentic way of thriving, I provide a holistic approach to wellbeing through tools like vinyasa yoga, somatics, embodiment, reiki, breathwork, meditation and sound.

I offer weekly online classes, as well as personal immersive experiences.

Conscious Companions for your daily practice

I love to integrate props into my practice. They can be your primary partners, to give you space when needed or support you from the ground up to take hold and allow you to surrender into your being.

Both, meditation cushions as well as eye pillows are crafted by hand and with love, following sustainable principles. The business model is based on pre-order, ensuring a sense of uniqueness and appreciating high quality craftsmanship. The pieces are made from natural materials, linen and cotton.

A moment of Felt Sense

There are so many ways to use a meditation cushion. My favorite restorative pose is legs up. It supports your nervous system and puts you in a rest and digest mode. To make it super comfy place your cushion underneath your lower spine and bring the legs up a wall for support. Close your eyes and focus on your breath. Stay for 3 minutes or longer in the pose and FEEL the changes in your body.
